ABOUT ME

After my 3rd baby was born in 2014, I started day dreaming of an office that was my own, a closet full of things other then spit up covered yoga pants and me doing work out of my hearts passion.

Coaching women to live in their own wholeness ​was it. 

I started doing deep shadow work to heal and live in my own wholeness. lI was letting love and awareness flow into my parenting, marriage and professional ventures. Things began to thrive!

 

Now I am here after years of studying, becoming a Reiki Master practitioner and obtaining an in-depth accredited coaching certificate to help be a light to other women.

I am here to help you find and love your truest self, live out your hearts passion and how to thrive in all areas of your life. Every part of you belongs and is needed to bring wholeness back. Only when we are whole can we live aligned.
